I've been using Team Conti Setups for NASCAR Class A, and they've been fantastic. The setups are consistently fast, stable, and give me the confidence to push every lap. My name is Krisztián Bauer. I am a 51-year-old sim racer from Hungary, currently competing at around 3000 iRating. So far, I have been able to complete one race at Auto Club Speedway in Fontana, competing in the Split 1 field. Of the available setups, the Looser setup suited me best under the specific track and weather conditions. The car’s characteristics matched my driving style well, and I found it particularly suitable over longer runs. It provided a stable foundation that I could have gradually built upon as the race progressed. Based on my pace, I felt that a result somewhere between 5th and 10th position would have been realistic. Unfortunately, I was taken out during the first quarter of the race. From that point onward, driving a damaged car became more about survival and reaching the finish. Because of this, I was unable to fully explore the setup’s long-run performance and its true potential. Despite that, racing in the Split 1 field was a great experience, and my first impression was positive overall. At 51, I obviously do not represent the younger generation of racers. My natural style is more calculated and conservative, with a strong focus on long-run pace, tyre management, consistency and gradually building my race. However, when the situation demands it, I can still bite. 😉

This season I’ve tried several other popular shops. These guys are the best I’ve tried. I went from 8th or so, into 3rd in the division 4 NIS series. I give the credit to these great setups. They give you the ability to keep good pace with pushing the tires to the limit. Whenever it’s time to go, you have the security in the setup to know it’s going to handle how you need.
Setups are really good every week. I also enjoy the setup notes included each week. They are very helpful with fine tuning my line around the track.
I love the videos; it really helps me find good points to brake or lift. I also love looking at the data off of Garage 61.
Setups have been great but unfortunately the racing has been wreck fest lol ... thank you for all you do.

I generally love the setups but there have been a couple tracks recently that have fallen short of expectations. Almost like a copy and paste of the previous year/season setup instead of fine tuning in the week of. It seems to have progressed as the year goes on and particularly for tracks that arent big races. The Wilkesboro setup was great. Autoclub is the first time I've opted to run a different setup shop and found quite a bit more speed particularly long run. And all the updates and iterations begins to confirm the thought. I hope this improves in the future I will be buying a setup from time to time to see. Being you're one of the more expensive shops I'd expect more. Even if the name Conti isn't the builder for A class. Thanks

Store owner replied: Gunnar, Thanks for sharing your experience. Like all other tracks before it, Auto Club received the same effort, care, and consideration before the week started. Based on feedback received early in the week, we determined that the car had areas of opportunity in traffic, so we provided three subsequent updates and in the end, we produced a setup pack that had numerous options and fantastic performance. Some weeks will experience more updates than others but by no means is it an indicator that the prep leading up to the week was lacking. Best of luck and thanks for your support! 🏁

I’m very new to sim racing. I heard about Conti during a race a few months back. I tried MC’s setups and they have worked well for me. The setups are great, the driver is still learning.
