  • 1-on-1 Coaching Sessions: Students will experience 1-on-1 coaching sessions during each phase of their development.
  • Monday Evening Gut Checks: Before the first race of the week kicks off, Nick will lead a competition meeting with his students to ensure everyone is as prepared as possible and set up for success.

The MEGA 8

  • Limited Enrollment: Because of the scope of the curriculum and Nick's aim to be as hands-on as possible with each student, the 2026 class will be capped at 8 sim racers. That's it.
  • Incentive Program: Students will be eligible for several incentives throughout the year, creating healthy competition among the class and keeping drivers engaged and striving to hit milestones.

Is there a minimum iRating requirement to join the Factory Support Program?

No. We are not filtering for raw speed; we are filtering for dedication. The goal of this program is to bridge the gap between "customer" and
"champion." Whether you are a 2k iRating driver looking to break 4k,
or a 5k driver looking to go Pro, the curriculum scales to your effort. We require a "Pro-Level" work ethic, not a Pro-Level license.

How are the 8 drivers selected?

Selection for the 2026 Season will be First Come, First Served. Because we are strictly capping this to 8 drivers to ensure Nick Ottinger can provide 1-on-1 "Live-Box" engineering to everyone, spots will be secured as drivers complete their purchase and pay their tuition in full.

Can I join if I live outside the United States?

Yes, provided you can adhere to the Eastern Standard Time (EST) operational schedule. All briefings, shakedowns, and 1-on-1 slots are scheduled during US evening hours (typically between 5:45 PM – 10:00 PM EST).

What exactly is the "Live-Box" Service?

This is the core value of the program. During your designated weekly race slot, Nick Ottinger effectively becomes your active Crew Chief. He is in your ear providing strategy, fuel calculations, and spotting. Crucially, he actively manages your Black Box adjustments (Tire Pressures, Brake Bias, Adjustments) remotely, allowing you to keep your hands on the wheel and focus purely on driving.

Do I get to pick my weekly coaching slot?

Yes. During the "Draft Day" Orientation, drivers will draft their permanent weekly slot (e.g., Mondays at 7:45 PM EST). This becomes your recurring appointment for the Trimester. We utilize iRacing Official Series slots to ensure flexibility rather than forcing you into a specific league night.

Can I use my 1-on-1 slot for a League Race instead of an Official Series?

Yes, provided the league race aligns with your drafted weekly time slot (e.g., Tuesday at 9:45 PM).

Why can’t I use my coaching sessions for the Next Gen Cup car immediately?

We follow a strict Ladder System. Months 1–3 are exclusively focused on the NASCAR Truck Series to master momentum and "heavy drag" drafting. You must master the foundation before we introduce the complexity of Cup-level strategy. "Live-Box" coaching is restricted to the specific vehicle of the current Trimester Phase.

Do I need to buy setups separately?

No. All Factory Drivers receive full access to Team Conti setups for the duration of the 9-month program (a $600+ value).

I am already a TCSP Setup Subscriber. Do I pay double?

Absolutely not. If you have an active subscription, we will apply a discount to your Factory Program tuition consistent with the value of your existing setup package.

What software do I need to participate?

  • iRacing
  • Discord: for all voice comms and private "Factory Drop" channel
  • Garage 61: for telemetry analysis; we will invite you to our private team roster where you will overlay your data against Nick's "gold standard" laps

Do I need a specific wheel base for you to control my black boxes?

No. The remote management is done via software/telemetry integration, not hardware. It works with any wheel base (Logitech, Fanatec, Simucube, etc.). We will verify this connection during the "Draft Day" tech check.

What happens if I miss a scheduled deadline?

The Factory Program mimics a real-world team environment. The Sunday 9:00 PM EST deadline for the "Weekly Report Form" is a hard deadline. Missing data means Nick cannot prep your specific analysis for the Monday Briefing. Accountability is part of the curriculum.
